Restore door support on both sides of your second-generation F-body with this four-piece OER upper and lower door hinge set. Designed for 1970–1981 Chevrolet Camaro and Pontiac Firebird models, this combination includes the driver-side upper hinge, passenger-side upper hinge, and two lower hinges to service both doors.
After decades of supporting long, heavy doors, original hinges can develop excessive play that contributes to sagging, uneven panel gaps, and difficult closing. Replacing all four hinges addresses wear at both hinge positions on each door and provides a sound starting point for proper door alignment.
A repaint or body restoration is an ideal time to replace worn hinges. Establishing door fit before final paint helps reduce the need for later adjustments around freshly finished surfaces. Final alignment remains necessary, and the condition of the doors, hinge mounting areas, strikers, and latches also affects closing quality.
