This Acme Auto Headlining conversion kit is designed for 1974-1981 Camaro, Firebird, Formula, and Trans Am hardtop coupe models originally using the one-piece board-style headliner.
This kit converts the later one-piece cardboard / board-style headliner design to a bow-style suspended headliner layout. It is a useful option when the original headliner board is missing, warped, damaged, crumbling, water-stained, or no longer worth recovering. Instead of fighting a tired board that has already lost the war with time, this kit lets the headliner material install using bows and attachment clips.
The headliner material is Dark Carmine Red perforated Premier grain vinyl for a factory-style restoration appearance. The kit includes the headliner material, 2 headliner bows, bow attachment clips, and installation instructions.
This listing is for one bow-style headliner conversion kit. This is intended for hardtop coupe applications only. It is not for T-Top cars or convertible models. Sun visors, dome light, sail panels, A-pillar trim, rear headliner trim, upper side headliner trim panels, adhesive, and additional interior trim hardware are not included unless specifically stated.
