Hawks Motorsports offers our clients this 905-KIT LS7 Corvette 10-Rib Drive Conversion Kit with 10% Overdrive Damper, Innovators West. This kit converts the compatible LS7 Corvette accessory drive to a 10-rib belt system and includes a 10% overdrive harmonic damper.

If you're building an LS7 that's making more power than GM ever intended, the factory belt drive can become part of the weak link. The 10-rib conversion puts considerably more belt on the pulleys, helping keep the drive hooked up when a supercharger starts putting some serious load through the front of the engine. The 10% overdrive damper then adds crank speed to the equation, giving a blower combination more room to make power without relying entirely on a tiny supercharger pulley.

The 905 conversion uses an 8.0-inch, 10-rib, 10% overdrive damper and is designed specifically around the LS7 Corvette accessory-drive arrangement. The kit is intended for high-performance and forced-induction LS7 combinations where belt control and additional supercharger speed are priorities.
