This SFI 18.1 harmonic damper is designed for the LS7 Corvette accessory drive and features an 8-rib, 7.25-inch standard-diameter pulley. It includes a crank bolt and comes with a single 3/16-inch keyway.

If you're building an LS7 that's going to see some abuse, the factory belt drive is one of those areas you don't want to overlook. Going to an 8-rib drive gives the belt more contact area on the crank, which is especially useful when you're adding power and leaning on the accessory drive. The standard 7.25-inch diameter keeps the factory-style pulley ratio rather than spinning everything faster like an overdrive damper.

The 852 weighs approximately 7.4 lbs, exceeds SFI 18.1 standards, and can also be used with the stock 6-rib accessory drive. That makes it a useful option for an LS7 build where you want the extra belt engagement without changing the standard crank pulley diameter or accessory-drive ratio.
